Church Administrator

The Church Administrator serves as a conduit for the senior pastor, the leadership board and lay members exercising sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality and integrity. I Corinthians 12: 5, 28                                                           

The Church Administrator efficiently and effectively create and maintain an organized environment within the Ministry via good communication and management which enables the senior pastor, clergy and lay members to minister effectively, while serving in the spirit of excellence.

The Church Administrator provides clear direction for the administrative functions that supports Glory to Glory Ministries working in a professional manner with the appointed Ruling Elders, Ministers, Ministry Directors and leaders to achieve the church’s mission, vision and objectives.

The Church Administrator reports directly to the Senior Pastor and assists him in ensuring that the vision God has given him for Glory to Glory Ministries is properly and successfully executed.  The Church Administrator also serves as a liaison between Glory to Glory Ministries and outside ministries that are in communication with the Senior Pastor.
