Financial Administration

The purpose of the OFA is to ensure proper and timely execution of all ministry financial matters.  The scope of this office is broad, comprehensive, and varies as direct by the Pastor.

Tasks assigned shall include:

  • oversight of offerings; this includes counts and deposits
  • oversight of related purchasing
  •  oversight of related fund raising
  • working in conjunction with the Church Accountant and Church Administrator on financial matters

The OFA utilizes a selected team to assist with offering counts; primarily the Deacons and selected ministers when needed. (Acts 6: 1 – 3)

The OFA shall establish a Finance Board/Committee that will govern and establish all financial policies that are in compliance with standard regulatory financial policies for all non-profit Institutions.
