Intercessory Prayer

Director:
Evangelist Pam Hill

Matthew 11:12 (KJV) “…the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Ephesians 6:  11-12 (Amplified)   Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

Vision

  • To provide a network of committed believers who will join in prayer, believing God will bring about change by His Spirit through healing, restoration, reconciliation, deliverance, salvation and victory
  • To transform lives, our community, and renew the church through intercessory prayer through the cultivation of personal prayer and corporate prayer experience.

Purpose:

  • To fulfill God’s purpose for His house to be a house of prayer.
  • To under gird our Pastor in carrying out his God given vision in spreading the Gospel
  • To please God by praying the will of God for the Pastor, his family and the body through submissiveness to the Holy Spirit and the word of God.

Expectations:

To produce intercessors who:

  • Are faithful in prayer (Romans 12:12)
  • Devote themselves to prayer(Col 4:2)
  • Pray continually (1 Thess 5:17)
  • Pray in the spirit on all occasions (Ephesians 6:18)
