Property and Facilities Manager

Property and Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of keeping our church property attractive and appealing to worshippers.  Property and Facilities Manager manages the buildings and the grounds; ensures the routine maintenance as well as correcting problems that comes up in regards to the upkeep of the air conditioning, heating, plumbing; and ensures pest control is properly maintained.

Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining a cleaning crew and their monthly schedule, and supervising the proper cleaning of the facilities and furnishings therein.

The Maintenance Director works under the direction of the Property and Facilities Manager and the Pastoral Team Lead that has been assigned to the Maintenance Ministry.  The Maintenance Director will also work in concert with the Beautification Committee in the maintenance of items purchased to ensure that proper maintenance care is given.
