New Members Ministry

Goal: To uphold the vision of our leader as we guide each new member of Glory to Glory Ministries through the steps of understanding the true significance of Salvation, Faith, Covenant, and Commitmentas we go from Glory to Glory.

The New Members Ministry is designed to ensure that all New Members make a smooth and comfortable transition into their new Church family.  Each new member is asked to attend a prerequisite class which is designed to provide them with foundational understanding of what we believe and to facilitate any questions.

Upon completion of this class, they will be invited to a breakfast fellowship with the Pastor where he shares his heart with the people of God in a small, informal setting.  Each new member receives a personalized certificate at the conclusion of the breakfast.  Also, ministry directors are introduced, giving the new members visual contact of the primary leadership of the ministry, that may assist new members in navigating through the ministry and finding their place within their new family.

Lastly,  each new member will be scheduled to attend a “One-On-One Conference” with Pastor.  At this time, questions can be asked and Pastor will be afforded time to spend with each new member individually.  At the end of the meeting, Pastor encourages the new member to find their place in the ministry and encourages them “Go to Work!…”, thus moving towards their purpose and destiny in Jesus Christ.
