Holiday Rhapsody 2

This is a holiday fundraiser supporting the kids of Springs of Hope Kenya, a Christ-centered ministry for orphaned and homeless children in Kenya, Africa.

Featuring local artists and the wonderful sound of Shawn Brown.

Come worship with the G2G Ministries family as we celebrate the end of a blessed year and ring in the new year of 2016 giving praise and thanksgiving for what God has done for us and through us during the year 2015.

In addition to recapping the year of 2015, we will be entertained by our special guest comedian Timothy Shropshire of ShropComedy, Greensboro, North Carolina. You will be in for an exciting evening as he brings more laughter to those who witnessed his debut in our city at our Pastor’s 55th birthday celebration. He is hilarious!

This event is for all men and women, ages 55 and over, that are single or single again and enjoy meeting people. We are interested participants that are interested in sharing ideas of how this group can mingle and have wholesome fellowship with other.

At the end of this interest meeting, we expect to meet our goal of developing ideas and socials that will be of interest to everyone yet pleasing to God.

To add new members to the MAWAM.

This study is designed to encourage and strengthen our sisters in the things of God and learn to stand on His promises.  This event is open to all women in G2G Ministries, family members, friends and those in the surrounding communities.

The first book to be studied is “”Lies that Women Believe and the Truth That Sets Them Free” by Nancy Leigh DeMoss.

This book can be purchased on Sundays in the lobby of the church or you can pick up your copy on the first day of the study.  The cost of the book is $6.00.

Tentatively this class will be held once a month on the 4th Saturday.  Exceptions are noted as follows:

November 19, 2016 and no book study in December 2016.
