Offenses Will Come

Offense is the only thing that can hinder a believer. Offense will take miracles away from you and shut doors that would be open for you.

What is offense? It is a trap that has a bait inside of it: a snare or a stumbling block. Offense produces the following: hurt, anger, jealousy, resentment, strife, bitterness, hatred and envy. When you touch the bait, things begin to happen. One can become wounded, divided, and one can feel betrayed which the end result is backsliding.

God often uses uncomfortable environments in our life to:

1) Mature us
2) Refine us
3) Strengthen us

The strongest offense comes from other “so called” believers or someone being close to us that causes betrayal. How you respond is how you are. If you respond with betrayal….that is who you really are.
